  • Github Product (Github.com/Github Enterprise version x.x.x): GitHub.com

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Try to connect to GitHub.com on a network with edge devices that rewrite the TLS cert chain
  2. Observe errors: "request to https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/11698892?v=4 failed, reason: self signed certificate in certificate chain"
