Refresh a default "Install to VS Code" MCP button

MCP install buttons are all over the place in their design and wording; ambigious with their CI/CD-badge styles. Meanwhile, MCP install buttons for other editors are bigger and nicely branded.

Is this just looking at instances of the install button within VS Code? Or from partners/website as well?

@digitarald that is a super weird style - can you provide a list of locations where they appear so I can do a full audit?

I would lean into using our standard button component as it's more recognisable. As for strings, I think Add to VS Code is the simplest, but I'm open to alternatives if we need to be more specific. Do we need to consider an alternate VS Code Insiders version too?

The blue button is still a bit small and hidden on GH, I find. It would blend in with any tailwind design.
