vscode docs didnt include anything about registers window in debuging window.

today i use vscode to debug c code, and i found that there is a registers window in debuging window, and i go to vscode docs to find theme, and i found nothing, please add some content to docs.

tips:the chinese in bottom that is underlined saying: i cant find register in this page.
