Repro Steps:
- Please do not close this bug. This bug should only be closed by TCS, C+AI Accessibility tester after verification of the fix
- Launch the application Url : https://code.visualstudio.com/
- Tab till "Docs" link.
- From left navigation, select "Setup".
- Tab till "Linux" link and press enter.
- Tab till the link given beside heading "Visual Studio Code is unable to watch for file changes in this large workspace" (error ENOSPC)"
- Open developer tool by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+I".
- Inspect for the link and check whether name is assigned to it or not.
Actual:
There is no name assigned to the # link given beside heading "Visual Studio Code is unable to watch for file changes in this large workspace" (error ENOSPC)"
Expected:
There should be a name assigned to the # link given beside heading "Visual Studio Code is unable to watch for file changes in this large workspace" (error ENOSPC)". The name should be same as the heading beside it.
User Impact:
Screen Reader users will not get any information when they tab to the link.
