Environment Details:

Application Name: Visual Studio Code Services URL: https://code.visualstudio.com Windows Version: Win10 Chrome Version: Version 103.0.5060.134(Official build)(64-bit)

Pre-requisite:

  1. Press "Ctrl+Shift+I" to open developer tool.
  2. Now in dock side click on "undock into separate window" so that developer tool will get open in separate window.
  3. Adjust the screen to 320px*256px.

Repro Steps:

  1. Please do not close this bug. This bug should only be closed by TCS, C+AI Accessibility tester after verification of the fix
  2. Launch the application Url : https://code.visualstudio.com
  3. Do reflow and observe
  4. Check whether there are two scrollbars horizontal and vertical scrollbar present on the screen or not.

Actual:

There are two scrollbars present on the screen one is horizontal scrollbar and other is vertical scrollbar.

Expected:

When we apply reflow resolution only one vertical scroll bar or one horizontal bar must be present on the screen

User Impact:

Reflow users will not be able to view the screen in one dimension scrolling
