Is this happening on every request? It seems like 4o may be more susceptible to looping so trying to understand what is occuring.

Can you also attach a screenshot of your window and your logs (CTRL/ CMD + SHIFT +U -> GitHub Copilot Chat) so I can see if there is any info that is being injected into the prompt causing the looping.

The logs should be in CMD / CTRL + SHIFT +U and then the dropdown GitHub Copilot Chat
