Check here: https://platform.openai.com/docs/supported-countries Did you have access to the API before? Did you use the Playground on the website, or e.g. DALL-E? If so, can you still access it now?

If you have previously used e.g. DALL-E and are now banned, I would suggest reaching out to them.

I did after I received a "warning strike" for using a CAT EMOJI (!!) together with a rat emoji (the rat emoji was fine, and I've previously used it with a dog emoji to prompt DALL-E, too). Unicode also says its "CAT". But OpenAI thinks its a "PUSSYcat".

I wrote to them regarding my inability to think outside of my filters with regard to thinking every possible meaning of every word there ever is and has been. It took like 2-3 weeks for somebody to respond (it was the initial days of DALL-E...), BUT it was a very positive, reassuring and helpful response (saying they'd manually review bans and with priority if I happen to get a multi-strike / ban). So, by any means, if you have reason to believe this is in error - I'd suggest reaching out to them (and then being very, very patient, but also hopeful at the same time).

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with OpenAI. I am fond of their products ever since CLIP, but have never received any financial benefits, bug bounties, or anything from them. Above is my honest experience and advice.

Good luck!

Thank you. I think you are right. And I solved this by using another openai account.
