This issue should have been fixed by #37396. Please update the script and try again. If there are still problems, please provide vcpkg.json.
I am facing the exact same issue. Specifically, I encountered the error when adding a dependency on OpenCV.

Thank U Liu! Shortly after I open this issue, I found that execute vcpkg x-update-baseline to update the baseline in vcpkg.json of my project can solve the problem (even doesn't need to update the repository). Until now, I havn't encountered the same error.
