LayoutReader: Example for running with a PDF?

As discussed in issue #464 it would be nice to see an example how to utilize the LayoutReader when one has an OCRed PDF.

I'd like to have a complete example too :) I got output.txt and pickle file. But have no idea how to use it or visualize the reading order
