New Feature: Agents story - Collaboration Model with other Agentic Frameworks

Offer credit/attribution/recognition and support to create a dedicated nuget package in collaboration with other Agentic frameworks. Like the proposed collaboration with AutoGen (https://github.com/microsoft/semantic-kernel/issues/7245) but with other frameworks like Crew AI for example.

By agreeing on clear responsibilities, like improving support of constructs on the Agent core, help and guidance on using the packages and extensive use and examples creation once complete from both sides.

This unified effort will demonstrate a cohesive approach and ensure widespread adoption and support for the developed features.
