Describe the bug When tried to switch to Azure OpenAI endpoint throwing fallowing

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Error running command semantic-kernel.switchEndpointsProvider: command 'semantic-kernel.switchEndpointsProvider' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes semantic-kernel.switchEndpointsProvider.
