MakeCode docs are missing the print icon and the hamburger icon for the side menu

It seems that all the docs under makecode.com are missing the side menu icon and the print icon.

Other icons are also missed. semantic.js CDN URL in makecode.com is different from that in editors page. (Not sure if it's related)
