The Remember me checkbox is not visible in High Contrast mode

Describe the bug The Remember me checkbox is not visible after clicking on the Sign in with GitHub dialog in High Contrast mode.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta
2. Click on Settings → Theme → High Contrast.
3. Open a new project.
4. Click on create GitHub repository.
5. Click "Remember me" on the Sign in with GitHub dialog and observe.

Actual behavior The Remember me checkbox is not visible in High Contrast mode.

Expected behavior The Remember me checkbox should be visible in High Contrast mode.

Verified the issue on latest beta build 7.1.50, it has been fixed.
