The Recycle Bin icon is not visible in High Contrast mode

Describe the bug The Recycle Bin icon is not visible when dragging any block from the Workspace to the Toolbox in High Contrast mode.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta
  2. Click on Settings → Theme → High Contrast.
  3. Open a new project.
  4. Delete any blocks (Dragging any blocks from the Workspace to the Toolbox).
  5. Observe the Recycle Bin icon in Toolbox.

Actual behavior The Recycle Bin icon is not visible in High Contrast mode.

Expected behavior The Recycle Bin icon should be visible in High Contrast mode.

More Info This is a regression issue, the Recycle Bin icon can be visible in High Contrast mode on the release build(7.0.61): Image

Verified the issue on latest beta build 7.1.50, it has been fixed.
