  1. Observe the (Bulb) hint button and compare it with other JavaScript/Python Tutorials

Actual behavior Bulb hint button for JavaScript/Python tutorial in Compass

Expect behavior Shows hint below instruction of JavaScript/Python Tutorials

@abchatra, I verified the bug and found that it's still reproducing in the latest beta build 7.1.54, but there's no PR fix for it, so I'd like to confirm that the bug is Won't Fix or By Design?
