Describe the bug Cannot click Save button in Project Settings page after changing options

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta. 2.Create/Open a project. 3.More…->Project Settings. 4.Change options and then click Save button.

Actual behavior: Cannot click Save button, there is no hand symbol when mouse hove on it.

Expected behavior: Can click Save button to save changed options.

Workaround: Click 'Start the simulator' will resolve this issue.
