Describe the bug The tutorial will back to previous steps when click 'Restore' button of time other than 'Now' in Version History

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Open any tutorial, such like Chase the pizza 3.Based on the content to execute the tutorial, go to the step before the last, such step7. 4.Open Version History, choose the time other than 'Now'. 5.Click Restore and then observe the tutorial steps.

Actual behavior: The tutorial will back to previous steps.

Expected behavior: The tutorial should keep in current steps.
