Describe the bug 'New! Code a simple arcade game with grades K-5': The blocks help documentation shows error

Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Click Code Now under 'New! Code a simple arcade game with grades K-5' in banner, the fourth dot. 3.Right-click blocks except 'on start' block, select Help.

Actual behavior: Shows 'Oops We could not load the documentation, please check your internet connection'

Expected behavior: Help documentation shows correct.

After finishing the tutorial, switch the project to JavaScript or Python, open the help documentation of blocks under Turkey category, shows 'Sorry, the page is missing'
