Skillmap completion "Edit Your Project with a Full Toolbox" text doesn't fit in button

Describe the bug When I am going through the Skillmaps, the instructions that show sample code will cut off the right side of the code with no ability to left/right scroll

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--skillmap#docs:skillmap/balloon'
2. Finish/Step through the first 3 tutorial nodes and get to the "You Did It!" screen
3. See the "Edit Your Project with a Full Toolbox" text cut off in the instruction panel

Expected behavior For the text to fit in the button space
