Unable to publish skillmap

Gets stuck when trying to publish a skillmap game. It seems to happen when "?debugCompleted=1" is in the link but not otherwise. Seems to affect all skillmaps not one specific one.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign into Arcade
  2. Try to publish a skillmap game
