[Feature Request] Add store: true to store completion in Azure AI Foundry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Azure AI Foundry has introduced a new feature called Stored Completions

Describe the solution you'd like To be able to send completions from PromptFlow to Azure Stored Completions. This will require adding a property to OpenAI SDK called: store: True and I want to be able to add custom metadata.
