What would you like to be added:

Provide reverse proxy support for TensorBoard.

Why is this needed:

At present, if TensorBoard is enabled, there will be a TensorBoard connection on the job detail page. The connection is in IP:Port format, which will cause mix-content problems.

Is it possible to provide a reverse proxy similar to grafana for TensorBoard?
