openvmm: --com3 term=wt drops early output sometimes

Early output on the serial port gets dropped in the terminal if you print very early on in the VM's lifetime, like say in openhcl_boot.

Not sure what we can do to fix it, maybe we can buffer it until the terminal is up or wait to start the vm?
