[Feature request] Support ForceUpdateFromAnyVersion in Create new AppInstaller task

I have a requirement to use the <ForceUpdateFromAnyVersion>true</ForceUpdateFromAnyVersion> node in the generated .AppInstaller file as documented here.

There is no way of doing this with the task as it stands, it would be useful to have as an option.
