CMake-tools: Share compilation output between paticipants

Our team use live share on VSCode and we use the ms-vscode.cmake-tools to build our project.

We cannot see the compilation output, which would be useful for fixing compilation errors.

It would be awesome if the compilation output would be shared and appear when the build starts.

Hey @gracicot thank you for the feedback. The build error going to the output window instead of terminal can def make it hard to collab using Live Share. Due to the specific nature of this request, and the general application of share terminals for most users, I would say we may have to lower the priority of this ask. I will add it to the backlog with a 6 month timeline for now. Thank you!
