document: Add Understand LISA in README

this info should be present in Readme. it would have been easier to go through other docs like Run Tests, Microsoft Tests if want to know about LISA architecture. For example, when hitting errors while going through Run Tests and started looking into the code.

We can add some simple explanation about LISA's concepts.
