Format Output of QIR Submission Job to Full State Simulator

The output for the full state simulator should be formatted in the same way as running the job on a local simulator. Specifically, all messages encountered during the program should be printed as text in the cell. Then the output of the program should also be printed out as text, separate from prior messages as indicated by the red 'Out[n]:' prefix.
