Can you provide more context please ?

What is the ask ?

AFAIR from offline convo it's about having a stable URL ( not a custom domain ) where charting storybook will be uploaded and then the URL will be used in our storybook docs via linking feature ?

Yes, you are correct.

Elaborating more on the ask.

  • We need to officially publish the charts-docsite to a public url to use in v9 docsite via storybook composition. (Currently the charts-docsite is published on a PR link) https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui/blob/aba3aae2ca7ebcd53f1cc84893e440a6acf00fcc/apps/public-docsite-v9/.storybook/main.js#L57

  • This deployment should happen after every release of react-charts v9 package.

  • A stable, compliant url with capacity to handle public load is needed.

  • Custom domain is not required at the moment.

  • We will prefer to be able to see usage statistics of different pages of this url.
