Implement color fallback to DataVizPalette
Following issues have been identified/reported:

Most charts still use color fallbacks to a small set of colors from the default palette, rather than the newly introduced
DataVizPalette. -
The current implementation lacks a mapping between the legends and the fallback colors used. Consequently, during each state update, data points associated with the same legend may be assigned different colors randomly.
