chore:(docs) Archive the wiki 🎉
Now that the new doc system is a little better hydrated and more current, we can make moves deprecate the wiki.
Results of downloading the wiki and adding the contents to the repo so we can blow it away soon.
In a separate PR, I'll write up a new welcome to the wiki that points to the archive and new docs.
