Release Linux standalone binaries, also macOS binaries

On Android the GNU aarch64 binary is not executable. Consider compile it with musl libc. Also macOS binaries are missing.

What is the purpose of using a tar.zst file over a tar.gz for the release? Trying to install this in Azure Linux, but the unzstd compression is not there, making...

It is explained by the [vscode docs](https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editing/codebasics#_multiple-selections-multicursor). It would be great to have it in edit.

In VSCode, edit cannot use any of the keys at the top

You can only type within the editor, but you cannot perform operations like opening files, saving files, creating new files, searching files, or setting options like automatic line wrapping.

Introduce a dialog to display keyboard shortcuts, including localization for shortcut descriptions. Added Help Hint to bottom left of status bar. Addresses issue #158
