Support for Ctrl Shift + Home to select up to the top of the file, and Ctrl Shift End for selection to the end of the file

Currently, these shortcuts work as expected:

Ctrl Shift + Left correctly selects the previous word Ctrl + Home correctly goes to start of file Ctrl + End correctly goes to the end of file

but Ctrl Shift + Home does not select up until the start of the file, and Ctrl Shift + End does not select until the end of the file.

This seems to only be an issue windows.
