Steps to reproduce the bug
Description During setting up process, the user can close the setting up window by accident, and currently there are no way of stopping them or double check with user before we exist the flow

Worked with design: Prior to exit the user should be warned about exiting. Please provide a dialog:
Dev Home is still applying your configuration. If you choose to exit, your set up will not be complete and you will have to start again.
