Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Run PI as a normal user, and associate with some normal-user app.
2. Go to the Modules page and see the FileVersionInfo textblock is just big enough for its contents.
3. Run some other app as admin, and switch PI to this app.
4. See the "Run as admin" button appears.
5. Click the button to restart PI as admin.
6. See the FileVersionInfo textblock is now egregiously long.

the FileVersionInfo textblock is now far longer than it needs to be for its content.
