Are you seeing that the widget is showing the name of the Nvidia one, but the data for the Intel one? (Just want to be sure I understand)
I'm experiencing the same error. Your understanding is correct in my case @krschau
I'm seeing a similar issue, although Dev Home is actually labeling the GPU utilization as being on a third graphics adapter that doesn't show up in Task Manager at all (and is currently inactive - MirrorOp Virtual Graphics Adapter).
