Allow configuration of default path for cloned repositories

Suggested new feature or improvement

Currently, as far as I am aware on my system, the default Path when attempting to clone repositories through Dev Home always defaults to the Dev Drive root.

I am suggesting that the Path defaults to either:

1. Last folder that was cloned to (through Dev Home).
2. A configurable default folder in Settings under Preferences.

Scenario

The primary use case for this feature would be to neatly default to a directory where you tend to store your repositories rather than having to manually alter the path everytime a repository is being cloned.

Just adding my +1 comment from the duplicate issue #1447:

+1 To this. It would also be nice if Dev Home functioned like GitKraken, where you can add Project Directories and the app automatically picks up all folders/repos stored under those directories.
