Feature request: Add Google BigQuery (GBQ) connector

Loading data directly from GBQ would be a very lovely feature to have. This would save time, by not having to use the pandas-gbq library in separate scripts to fetch and store the data first.

Yes, we are adding an interface for ingesting data to duckdb from GBQ and other cloud DBs.

Would love to have people to help with testing as we develop!
