Adding support to change transmitted UDP frames size

Open AntGeorge opened this issue 1 year ago • 0 comments

Hello,

I would like to ask if it is possible to send UDP traffic with a defined frame size.

More specifically I want to make UDP traffic at the maximum allowed UDP frame before fragmentation occurs (1470 bytes with MTU of 1500).

I have tried the following command ctsTraffic.exe -listen:* -protocol:udp -bitspersecond:5000000 -framerate:60 -bufferdepth:1 -streamlength:60 -Buffer:"$(1470)"

but returns Invalid argument specified: -buffer (only applicable to TCP)

I am using ctsTraffic version 2.0.3.2

If this is not possible in the current version then I would love to see it in a future release.

Thanks, George
