16 bit application is not allowed to execute on Windows 10

ctsTraffic.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.

Microsoft Windows 10 Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1466)

Tried x64 and x86 versions.

Is there really still a 16-bit component in there

Tested with Windows 10 22H2 64Bit

Tested release versions

You have to enter the file and then you can download it cleanly

If you click "save as" on the right in the list of all files you don't get the exe but the HTML text of the following page is saved as *.exe :-(
