Make an official version for CapacitorJS

I don't know if it is the right place to ask, but an official capacitor sdk of codepush will be very helpful thanks 😃

For now there is https://github.com/mapiacompany/capacitor-codepush

It is actively maintained, but there is still some work to do to make it reliable.
