Motivation

A clear and concise description of why this feature would be useful and the value it would bring. Explain any alternatives considered and why they are not sufficient.

Is there a particular reason that we haven't progressed to the most recent content understanding API yet? It has been there for a little while and the new features provided should justify its usage. Thanks.
