Word dictionaries
In order to support learners, that might not know the meaning of every word used in a tour, we should explore adding support for custom word dictionaries. If a tour has a dictionary, and a tour step uses one of the specified words, then the word should be visually highlighted and provide a way to view the definition (e.g. hovering over it).
Friendly greetings! One thing to consider is that in addition to a visual highlight and hover action, there needs to be a way for screen reader users to recognize that there is a defined word and trigger the definition via the keyboard. Maybe an icon with an accessible name would work?
