Update README.md to be considered by people more seriously

I think it's a good idea to update the README.md file with a list of organizations that are already using this library and examples of charts that the community has built using chart-parts to show people what is possible with this library.

I just went through the tutorial section and it doesn't have many to encourage developers to consider using this in their projects.
