Fix UI calc on Windows 10 with resize windows

ISSUE #2200 and #2211 didnt fix FOR A YEAR!

After one of updates Calc have an UI bugs - different distance between buttons. I'm tried to delete app and install it again from MS store - problem save.

When you resize calc - it's break UI and space between buttons. So it's look like on screen early.

Turn off resize in 4K resolution help, but i can't use this mode all the time ((

If you look closely in standard, scientific, or programming mode, the 8 and 9 tiles are misaligned

This appears to be the same 1-px keypad column boundary rounding issue as #2182.
