Not everybody is a calculator expert. (Are you sick of abbrevations yet ?)

What C mean ?

Why do I have to google everything ?

I've had calculators for years, and I still don't know what the difference is. I always just press them both/all. According to the robots:

The ‘C’ and ‘CE’ buttons on a calculator are used to clear
or cancel entries, but they function slightly differently:

The ‘C’ button stands for ‘Clear’. It clears all input to
the calculator. If you’ve made multiple entries and want to
start over, you can press this button to clear everything.

The ‘CE’ button stands for ‘Clear Entry’. It clears the most
recent entry. So, if you make a mistake in a long computation,
you don’t need to start all over again. You can just press
this button to clear the last number you entered.

These buttons are particularly useful for correcting errors
without having to redo the entire calculation. They’ve been a
part of calculator designs since the early models in the 1960s.
