Describe the bug

When send message to multiple group, sometime I got the error Operation returned an invalid status code 'BadGateway' Sometimes, the message delivered to end user but I still got the issue above. I am using .NET 6 and send message via BotBuilder 4.13.2 I was send message to user through a proxy, but I have try send it directly, the error still occur I was send from servers from both Taiwan and Vietnam and sometime still get the errors The errors occurred randomly, no specific group or content

Thank you for response. I will provide more info below:

• I am using Skype channel
• it's just a loop, and send message to all my groups (from 5 to hundreds groups), almost them response the sent success, some of its response the BadGateway error
• I do not get any timeout errors in the Channels Health Status The issue just occured about 10 days ago

hi, do you know any update from Skype channels? I didn't receive same errors from yesterday until now and keep monitoring. If you know something relative with these issue, please let me know or give me reference. Thanks
