Adding WhatsApp Adapter (MessageBird) to readme file under Channels and Adapters section

Hello. Can we add WhatsApp adapter via MessageBird in the table at the section Channels and Adapters (https://github.com/microsoft/botframework-sdk#channels-and-adapters) ?
