minor: Add "Testing SDK Changes in a Bot" to CONTRIBUTING.md

Issue

It can be difficult to figure out how to test your changes to the SDK within a bot, especially the first time or when testing in a new language.

Proposed change

Add a section, titled "Testing SDK Changes in a Bot", to the CONTRIBUTING.md file for each repo that walks a person through, with images, how to link their local SDK changes into a bot for testing.
