The changes in [#6018] Move Dotnet generators from Samples to "generators" - VSIX - Empty Bot (#6053) may need to be ported to maintain parity with microsoft/botbuilder-dotnet.

Addresses #6018 #minor

Description

This PR adds the Empty bot from the BotBuider-Samples repository.

Detailed Changes

  • Added generators/vsix-vs-win/BotBuilderVSIX-V4/UncompressedProjectTemplates/EmptyBot project.
  • Fixed some StyeCop issues in the code.

Testing

These images show the extension being installed and the bot working as expected. image

Please review and, if necessary, port the changes.
