Only few sensors show up with telemetry

I have setup MXChip on IoT Central and only few of the sensors(Temperature, Humidity & Pressure) are showing up. Why don't i see other other sensors ? I am using the firm from the following URL https://microsoft.github.io/azure-iot-developer-kit/docs/firmware-upgrading/
